Our client, located in the Heart of Downtown Vancouver, is currently seeking a bilingual English and Mandarin speaking Legal Administrative Assistant for their growing division! The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties ranging from liaising with clientele to maintaining the lawyers’ practices.



  • - Preparing and drafting various correspondence, legal documents, and court submissions
  • - Corresponding with clients in English and Mandarin, both written and verbally
  • - Maintaining an efficient file management and bring forward system
  • - Maintaining calendars, managing emails and managing lawyers’ practices
  • - Other general administrative duties



  • -  Legal Administrative Assistant Certification
  • -  2-5  years of previous experience as an LAA in a BC or Common Law setting  
  • -  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook etc.,)  
  • - Working proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • -  Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate at all levels of an organization, internally and externally
  • -  The ability to multi-task and manage tasks under a time-sensitive environment
  • -  The ability to practice sound discretion and judgment at all times
