$225 Hourly Rate
Mid-Dec 2023 - June 2024
- There are two types of shifts available 7a to 7 pm with every third shift being 7p to 7a or all night shifts 7 pm to 7 am.
- If the provider has an OK license they can start by mid-December.
- This need is open to nonlicensed providers they will need to start later.
- All providers must have COVID vaccinations to be bid.
Day shift there is 1 NP/PA and 2 Physicians
Night shift there is 1 Physician
