- DEA License
- Clean Background/Malpractice/NPDB
- BLS certification
- Admissions
- Adult & Geriatric Patients
- Must provide updated CV with response to this post
*Skills: Anxiety, Affective, Personality, Psychotic Disorders; ADD/ADHD, Pharmacotherapy; Preferred: Eating & Developmental Disorders, Family and Group Therapy, Involuntary Commitments, Seclusion Therapy, Restrain application *Patients per Shift: 12-14 weekdays *EMR: Cerner *Rate: Open - give me your going rate; this is one section of the selection process *Travel & Lodging covered *Malpractice Insurance provided
