I have an opportunity for a permanent Urology placement in Olympia Washington. It is located at the south end of the Puget Sound, approximately 100 miles south of Seattle. It is the capital of the state of Washington, and is a relatively small city, with lots to do and close enough to the large cities for shopping and entertainment. The climate is moderate, and can be rainy in the winter months. It is a gorgeous area with plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities, entertainment, and cultural events. The Puget Sound is a gorgeous interconnected marine waterway that connects a series of rivers and waterways to the Pacific Ocean. Water sports, beautiful scenery, bird and wildlife watching are some of the best in the world. It is listed as one of the top three places to live in the state. 

The job offers a generous salary and benefits package. The Facility is an eligible employer for PSLF Loan Repayment Assistance. They offer $15,000 relocation assistance and $5,000 travel allowance for home hunting visit. The total earning potential is approximately $770,000, with a base salary of nearly $500,000 + Call pay @ 1:5.

*Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Possess or Ability to Attain an Active, Unrestricted WA license
• Clean background/malpractice/NPDB
• Clean DEA license
• BLS Certification
• Clinic Hours + Call required
• Surgical Skills

*EMR: Epic

*Skills Required: General 

*Skills Highly Preferred: Adult Urology, Percutaneious nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Robotic Surgery, Renal & Bladder u/s with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, Incontinence procedures, Penile prosthesis, ESWL

*Salary & Benefits: 

• Base Salary $497,140 plus an estimate of nearly $60,000 for Call pay
• Earning Potential: estimated at $770,000
• RVUs @ $62.37 - in excess of 7,971 annually
