We have spoken a few times about CRNA jobs and I have 2 new openings in the OKC Metro Area. These openings are an urgent need for up to 3 full-time CRNAs, working 8 hour shifts, No Call needed. Please see the details below:

*Location: Oklahoma City, OK, 3 Locations

*Start Date: ASAP

*End Date: Ongoing; prefer providers who can commit to 3 months; extension available

*Schedule: M-F, 7am-3pm generally, can fluctuate a bit; Full time preferred, but will accept alternate work weeks, M-Th 2wks on/2 wks off, Split Coverage

*Medically Directed ACT Model

*Requirements:

• Prefer Active, unrestricted OK license, but may accept Compact License
• Board Certified CRNA
• Clean background/malpractice
• AHA Certs: ACLS, BLS
• Must respond with updated CV
• Must have portfolio of documents readily available should you choose to apply

*EMR: Epic

*Credentialing Timeframe will be expedited and Temporary Privileges are available

*Skills: Must be skilled in all General Anesthesia; Adult, Ortho, general surgery, GI sedation, Adult ENT, GYN, spine Cataracts; All are bread & butter cases; Acuity: ASA 1-3

*Travel & lodging are covered

*Malpractice Insurance is provided

*Rates: Give me your going rate and I will do my best to get it for you

Looking for a CRNA with previous experience to fill a position ASAP in Oklahoma

Are Temp Privileges Available Yes

Types of cases/surgical specialties?  Ortho, general surgery, GI sedation, adult ENT, GYN, spine, cataracts. All are bread and butter cases.

• Acuity of patients:

              o ASA 1-5e? 1-3

• Trauma services provided? No

• Avg. Patients/cases per day? If doing own cases: 3-8 cases/day on average.

• How many total ORs? 21

• How many ORs are running daily? 16-21

• Shortest commitment timeline? Would like to see 12 week commitment if possible, but flexible.

• Willing to use 2-3 providers to cover the locums schedule? Yes

• Open to an Alternate work week? Yes

            o M-Th? 2 weeks on 2 weeks off? Split coverage? Yes

             o Part time? Prefer full time coverage

• Open to Non licensed providers or IMLC providers? No

• Decision making timeline and process on locums staffing? ASAP

• We have 3 facilities (21 total ORs)

M-F, generally 7a-3p, but can fluctuate slightly depending on surgery schedule.
