Job Function:

We are searching for an IT professional to add to our team! The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of FISERV systems and a passion for delivering excellent technology solutions to the industry.

 

In this role, you would be floating between different offices in the Charleston and surrounding area.

 

Job duties include:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and colleagues, addressing FISERV-related queries and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain servers, networks, and FISERV applications.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and colleagues, addressing FISERV-related queries and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine backups, disaster recovery planning, and data restoration procedures to safeguard critical banking information.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within FISERV applications and related systems.
  • Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of IT policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an IT System Administrator, with a strong focus on FISERV systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of FISERV applications, modules, and integrations.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or FISERV-related certifications are preferred.
