Job Description:                    


As Store Manager, you will lead your team through excellence on the selling floor. Manage daily operations, supervision and development of hourly retail staff. Promote the brand image and equity of while managing operations costs and achieving budget sales. Assist the area Sales Leader and management team with business building opportunities to grow a high performing customer oriented environment at retail.



Responsibilities Include;


Outlet Operations:

  • Provide exemplary customer service through modeling of behavior and establishing appropriate guidelines
  • Monitor sales and labour issues on a daily basis with a goal to maximize store profitability without sacrificing customer service
  • Recruitment and of Retail Sales Associates
  • Supervision of store employees to maximize customer service, sales and profit
  • Training of sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Timely ordering of merchandise and supplies with focus on overall inventory management and loss prevention
  • Daily reconciling of cash with sales receipts, daily paperwork and accounting, payroll and other store administration
  • Develop and grow Corporate Sales business and strategy
  • Develop and utilize full knowledge of all products and sales information with a constant focus on achieving sales goals while controlling expenses
  • On-going performance management of staff, preparation and delivery of employee performance reviews
  • Maintain store merchandising presentation to company standards
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness and food/product safety  




  • 5+ years retail management experience with demonstrated sales success
  • Post-secondary education in hospitality, retail or related discipline
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in merchandising and presentation of premium products along with highly developed customer service and selling skills
  • Team building skills of empathy, building of self-esteem, motivational techniques and empowerment
