FLEET ACCOUNT  EXECUTIVE - Calgary or Edmonton


Our client a leader in the fleet leasing industry, providing innovative fleet management solutions and vehicle leasing to the commercial sector is seeking a Fleet Account  Manager in Calgary or Edmonton.   This is a full time position within the Fleet Services department.


Position Summary

Reporting to the Director, Fleet Services, some of the major responsibilities of the Fleet Account Manager will include:


• Responsibility for day to day functions of fleet services programs including card management processes

• Liaise with clients, both internal and external

• Responsibility for managing the Fleet Services department email account

• Be the subject matter expert on the company's  internal web portal and lead web demos for clients

• Assist in process development for the Fleet Services department

• Generate data reports as needed for the Fleet Services department

• Input factory vehicle orders in the manufacturers’’ systems

• Generating and review fuel velocities reports on a daily basis

• Managing all new client fleet card launches

• Coordinated account management responsibility for certain large fleet card clients Key Attributes


 This is a supplier and customer facing position whereby the individual in this role must possess the following qualifications:
