BRANCH MANAGER - VICTORIA
Our clients business has been built on top quality building products, honesty and customer service. With Operations throughout Canada and the US they have excelled with the booming construction industry and today they are looking to add a new Branch Manager to their Victoria operation. Ability to target sales growth that meets or exceeds budgets
Plan and prioritise selling activities
Manage continuous improvements of all processes
P&L responsibility for the Branch
Employee, Vendor and customer relationships are measured and continually improved
Customer and employee retention through excellent communication and a collaborative approach
Corporate Strategy is executed as per General Managers direction.
Proven leadership experience and responsibilities.
Proactive and strong problem solving skills
Good organizational and management background
Sales and customer service focus
Building products sector experience would be prefeered
