Job Description:

Our client is the world leader in its segment of the automotive retail/service industry and they are  looking for a Service Centre Manager to look after their  Kelowna facility. The successful candidate will lead and manage operations by delivering world class service and achieving financial objectives through employee engagement and high operational standards. The goal is to achieve a productive and profitable operation while helping to promote  the corporate standards of excellence by pushing for results, building strong teams and delivering excellent customer service.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Driving revenue growth
  • Interpreting P&L statements and making appropriate adjustments to ensure operational efficiency
  • Planning and organizing work flow
  • Creating partnerships with other  companies for mutual business benefit
  • Developing mobile business
  • Focusing on and instilling  a safe work environment
  • Attracting, selecting, and retaining quality employees
  • Building strong teams and allowing for diverse individual contributions
  • Cross training employees

Who you are:

  • You have a minimum of three years management experience  in a retail/service environment
  • College diploma or degree considered an asset
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong coaching/mentorship skills
  • You have a proactive business relationship building focus
  • You have strong MS Office experience
  • Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to do whatever is required to ensure success
