SERVICE MANAGER

 

Our client has been a leading service provider of food and coffee products to BC business for the past 30 plus years and as they continue to grow they are looking to add a new Service Manager to their Vancouver operation. Their goal is simple, they strive to be the number one service provider in their market. As the service manager you will oversee the lower mainland. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will work with the service teams to assure a high level of customer service, employee engagement and business growth.  Qualifications:

 

Manage the service team of mobile and shop based technicians on all aspects of productivity

Liaise directly with customers providing equipment repair updates and accurate costing

Provide follow up with both internal and external customers for technical related issues

Develop and work within budgets to maintain a profitable operation under best practice industry model

Monitor technical training requirements of team

Proactively seek opportunities to grow customer accounts while carrying out your duties.

 

Requirements:

 

2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory or service manager role

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to develop and maintain a highly effective team.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
