The Job!

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service as well as:

 

  • Managing customer relationships from initial inquiries to processing sales orders and delivery of items
  • Processing quotes with strong attention to detail
  • Tracking and maintaining ERP system
  • Liaise with other department teams to ensure customer SLA is met
  • Answer all queries
  • Support the sales representatives to assist with increasing market share and awareness
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

What you bring to the job

The ideal candidate will have the following:

 

  • Post-Secondary Education
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service with order management experience (distribution environment preferred)
  • Bilingual – fluent communication in both English and French
  • Strong MS Office (Word and Excel) skills
  • Experience working with multiple product lines
  • Order processing experience is a must
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be a team player
