D4M International is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant with a particular focus in the Recruiting & On-Boarding sub-modules, to join our Canadian practice, ideally in our Montreal office.  This role is open to both those who are seeking a full-time Consultants role with D4M and to contract consultants.


In this role you would be responsible for producing technology solutions aligned with the business objectives of our clients.  As the Lead SAP SuccessFactors Specialist – Recruiting & Onboarding you will support and enhance solutions seek improvements that generate even further value across the organization. You will lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Talent modules in end-to-end implementations, including activities such as workshops, requirements gathering, configuration of the solution and documentation of the process. The ideal candidate would be able to apply best practices, have country specific knowledge and technical know-how to ensure that the solution fits client requirements.  


To be considered for this role, your background and experience should include:

  • 3+ years knowledge and experience in designing SAP SuccessFactors solutions in Recruitment and Onboarding.
  • Previous implementation experience in a support or project role (at least one full lifecycle project completed).
  • Strong analytical skills with an innovation or process improvement focus
  • Efficient time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Flexibility and patience in working in a dynamic/challenging environment.
  • Stakeholder management experience and expertise
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Fluency in English. French language skills would be an asset.
