R3D Consulting is seeking an experienced Apriso Technical Consultant to join our growing Apriso Practice. R3D was recently awarded Apriso Partner status and you will be one of the key Apriso professionals in the delivery of MES solutions to our clients across North America and Europe.  With your background, you will help deliver complex technical solutions, including Software Installation, configuration, system setup, integration with other systems, and system performance monitoring. You will assist in the development of design policies and procedures which will improve the ability to meet product system requirements. Additionally, you have demonstrated experience in the manufacturing sector as well as a strong background in several Apriso modules and a successful track-record in the delivery of full-life cycle, enterprise level projects.  


To be considered for this role your background should include some or all of the following:

  • 4 - 6 years of overall MES experience, out of which minimum 2 years should be on DELMIA Apriso 2016 or 2017 / Apriso FlexNet 9.7, 9.6, 9.5;  
  • Proven expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems, including a minimum of two end-to-end MES implementation using Apriso FlexNet 9.6 or 2016 or higher version and proven expertise in the installation of Apriso software;
  • Configuration and customization using Apriso Flexnet 9.6 or 2016 or higher, good Knowledge of Apriso Flexnet, Process Builder, Global Process Manager, Machine Integrator and Business Integrator and experience in monitoring and solving Apriso performance issues;
  • Working knowledge of Apriso‚Äôs Oracle DB, SQPL, Java Script, web UI/ XML interface integration;
  • Experience in Business Integrator or middleware for integration with SAP and other enterprise applications as well as Integration experience with Plant control tools like DCS, SCADA, OPC, PLC, Historian etc.;
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and Plant Automation Controls as well as Repetitive manufacturing experience and knowledge in setting up Plant MPI for reports/dashboards;
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills along with the ability to work independently with a strong task orientation

The successful candidate could live anywhere in the United States, Canada or Mexico. Relocation could be available, but candidates must be prepared for a minimum of 75% travel, as part of this role.
