R3D International is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in our Toronto office. R3D International is a globally focused, Enterprise Consulting company, that provides solutions and services in Enterprise Resource Planning, Digital Industry 4.0 and custom Software Development.  With that keen focus on the digital enterprise, R3D is looking to better align our client’s business with the latest technology.   Founded in 1996, with offices in Canada, the United States, Mexico and Europe, R3D International is committed to helping clients improve their business performance and their interaction with suppliers and customers.   The Digital Marketing Specialist will have a strong grasp of SEO-SEM and is a content and channel expert in social media, web communications, and e-campaigns, you will be responsible for the execution of digital marketing campaigns that drive digital objectives. In addition, you will also be responsible for:

  • Brand management and the creation of branded content;
  • Managing B2B marketing campaigns and delivering high ROI;
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, optimize searchable content on tblocks.com, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
  • Identify emerging trends, technologies and opportunities to grow in the digital space;
  • Generate, streamline, optimize, schedule and manage website, manage website uploads, traffic and site changes;
  • Build target audiences and execute digital ads for Google, LinkedIN, Facebook, Glassdoor and other online applicable platforms;
  • E-list optimization and database growth strategies, use data to rigorously assess channel effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and develop an effective marketing mix to achieve application goals;
  • Use and understand website and social analytics to measure results and develop and recommend future strategy and utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, maintain and assist with website updates and conversions;
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate;
  • Plan and track content marketing efforts from production to promotion of content, assists in the creation of effective communication strategies that drive business results and manages internal/external social communications / newsletters / campaigns;
  • Manage the writing of posts and blogs for various internal and external communications channels;
  • Support business development activities with the creation and maintenance of digital communication tools including email marketing systems, SEO backlinks and social media channels;
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns with solid knowledge of website;
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, educate and motivate; and
  • create successful marketing strategies to profile and generate candidate applications, identifying appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top of funnel demand help improve the candidate on-line experience and assist in development of talent communities.  

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Digital Marketing specialist with 5+ years digital marketing work experience, with a primary focus on the B-to-B professional services industry;
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, engineering or other related discipline. An advanced degree (MBA or other applicable advanced degree)  would be an asset;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Spanish; and
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital marketing (Facebook, Google, LinkedIN, GlassDoor etc).
