Brief Description:

Resonance is seeking a Training Operations Analyst to join our USAID Promoting Excellence in Private Sector Engagement (PEPSE) project, which works to build and implement the agency’s new private sector engagement strategy. The Training Operations Analyst will provide critical project implementation support for PEPSE, playing a key role in supporting and leading internal agency training logistics and operations. This is a full-time position based in Washington, DC, reporting to the project’s Technical Director. Ability to travel 35% internationally on short notice required.


Responsibilities:

Contribute to the PEPSE project by providing analytical and logistical support focused on training activities and other related tasks, as outlined:
• Training: Supporting the coordination and delivery of PSE trainings in Washington, D.C and the field, supporting revisions to assigned modules;
• Knowledge management: contribute to the coordination, research, stakeholder engagement, analysis and deliverable development for knowledge management activities, strategic reviews and similar;

• PSE Technical Support: contribute to the design, planning, and delivery of task 5 PSE support activities, with a focus on supporting field-based training and PSE action planning assignments, PSLAs, and Task 5 analytical assignments;
• Communications: Contribute to the coordination, planning, and delivery of priority USAID PSE events;
• Overall Project Management Support: Provide responsive, on-demand task management and coordination support to PEPSE Chief of Party and assigned Center for Transformational Partnerships (CTP) activity managers.


Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of progressive experience in relevant technical area, preferably in a management consulting and/or global development context
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in relevant technical area preferred
• Effective communication and presentation skills (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience managing U.S. government client relationships and developing and presenting training content
• Experience in communications, knowledge management, training design and management, logistics support, and drafting for scopes of work
• Fluency in a foreign language (French, Spanish, or Arabic preferred)
• Experience with public-private partnerships strongly preferred
• Eligibility to work in US
