Brief Description:

Resonance is seeking candidates to serve as a Senior Learning Advisor for the anticipated Evaluation and Learning Activity Support (EvaLS). This activity, funded by the Global Health Bureau’s Office of Policy, Programs & Planning (GH/OPPP), will provide high quality evaluation and learning support across the Global Health Bureau, Missions, and other Operating Units (OUs). The Senior Learning Advisor will be ultimately responsible for ensuring knowledge gained from evaluations are disseminated and utilized by the appropriate stakeholders.  


Responsibilities:

The Senior Learning Advisor will develop and execute the learning strategy for the activity. Working closely with relevant GH stakeholders, the Learning Advisors will identify key learning priorities and gaps, determine approaches to generate or curate the knowledge required to inform learning, and developing key sharing and convening activities to ensure stakeholders are apprised of the most recent insights gained from evaluations.


Qualifications:

• A Masters Degree or PhD in international development, organizational development, knowledge management, or related field
• Proven technical experience in knowledge management, adult learning, capacity building, and/or Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA).
• Minimum of five (5) years in an advisory role with USAID and learning.
• Demonstrated experience creating a culture of adaptive management.
• Demonstrable experience managing teams, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of ADS requirements, the Program Cycle, and USAID’s Evaluation Policy
